Synopsis
Rags follows the story of Charlie Prince, an orphan living with his acerbic and unloving stepfather and spoiled, simple-minded stepbrothers. Kadee Worth, on the other hand, is the daughter of music mogul Reginald Worth and is an international pop phenomenon.
